In collaboration with the Consulate General of Ukraine in Munich
Ukraine - a film nation at war. What happens next?
In 2020, Ukraine was the guest country of the Five Lakes Film Festival for the first time - with such great audience interest that we also focused on films from this country in 2021. Beyond the Ukraine Day, two Ukrainian films won the "Perspektive Junges Kino" competition (BAD ROADS) and the FSFF Film Award (STOP ZEMLIA). This year we would like to keep the tradition and therefore organize - in view of the current political events - a talk with filmmaker Maryna ErGorbach. As part of the event, the fsff will screen her cinematic masterpiece KLONDIKE.
